Sweater? Thrifted Fur collar? Gift, it belonged to a friend's grandmother Jeans? J Brand, Lovestory, Winners Purse? Vintage Roots, thrifted Earrings? Gift from my parents Sunglasses? Vintage, found by my parents too

I know. This look is a whole lot of 1970's... If you saw me on the street, would you ask me where I parked my Chrysler Barracuda?
And yes, I just googled 'popular cars in the 1970's' to come up with that car name... Thank goodness for google. I don't ever have to leave my house anymore with all the knowledge available at my finger tips. When I was younger and I needed information for a project, I would take the city bus downtown to the big library with a quarter in each pocket in case I needed to call home... To think I could have saved my mother the bus fare (and emergency quarters) and used google as my academic crutch instead. Because if the information is on the internet, it has to be true, right?

I wore a vintage pair of pants this week that could have made people ask me the same exact thing - and I'm glad you did that googling for me because I would have had no idea what a popular car in the 70s was. I love this whole look though; the sweater looks cozy, the jeans look chic and I'm a little in love with that fur collar and those earrings!

I love your sweater & your 70's look. It's one of my favorite eras. The last time I wore a truly 70s outfit a coworker asked "did you drive your Chevy Vega into work today?". No research required.

Love the outfit. I'm really liking anything with a 70's vibe right now. That and 60's dresses. Obsessions. What would I do without them? :D

Wow, this outfit is Perfection with a capital "P"! Love the 70's vibe! And the faux fur collar totally makes the outfit. (I'm pretending it's faux) ; )

Amazing!
This is why the 70's is my favourite style era!
That sweater is amazing...and even more so with the fur collar!

Your look today is brilliant, what a great find that sweater would of been! I got a fur collar a while ago and need to try this!

Love the Barracuda reference, yay google!

I love this! It seems like a different look for you and very fabulous. Those glasses are awesome.

Here in my house, Google settles the weird arguments that my husband and I find ourselves in. "Jason Statham IS tall!" "No he's not!" How did people settle this kind of stuff before? Wait for Star magazine's "Heights of Semi-Popular Action Stars" issue, I guess.

Your parents are the coolest ever. And that purse is brilliant!!
Also, don't take this the wrong way, but I like that you have horns/antlers in the first photo.

LOL my kids don't even know what a pay phone is! But I am forever amazed at how far we have come in these ways.

A whole lot of 70's but also a whole lot of awesomeness! Love the fur stole and this great sweater! Go Jentine!

it's really too bad you couldn't find a Chrysler barracuda on the street to take a picture with. it would have been perfect!

Love the sweater. Really love your "horns" in the first picture. LOL! Don't know if that was an accident but it's funny.

At first glance, I thought "that's way too hippie-ish." But the lovely detailing on the sweater won me over!

I feel a little nostalgic when I see old pay phone booths have been been dismantled!

Um, love this outfit. Totally jealous of that bag. Send it to me for Christmas... thanks ;)

Every time that purse makes an appearance on your blog I want to reach through my computer screen and snatch it away... hahah.. or least touch that vintage-y, Canadiana leather.. I used to work at Roots in college, so forever I will have a soft spot for that brand... :) Your whole ensemble is gorge, by the way!!!!

Haha, those classic American cars are collecters items here. BIg time!

Not that I would be able to tell you a name...

Anyway, you look great. And it might be a seventies influence, but you look very 'now' at the same time. Cute!

oooooh Barracuda. I love the orange && the faux fur stole. I've been watching for a stole for a few years but have yet to find one... in the meantime I've acquired several faux fur jackets and a vest so at least I'm not suffering.

Currently reading through your blog archives so this is me saying hi! Not an anonymous stalker I swear.

It may be a lot of 70s, but I love every bit of it. The fur collar on that sweater is genius. And the proportions of this look are impeccable. AND your hair looks INCREDIBLE! Seriously, how do you do it?!

My favorite part about these pictures is the fact that you look like you have devil horns in the first photo. It definitely adds to the whole effect. GREAT outfit. Fabulous hair.
