This winter I hit a rich vein of summer dresses while thrifting. I think that was meant as a lesson in patience because I had to wait for months before I could wear them. Included in the haul were this dress and this dress but I think I like the dress I wore this weekend the best. Maybe picking a favourite dress is wrong, like picking a favourite cat, but Matt has no problem letting everyone know that of the herd of cats, Kyle is his #1 buddy, so...
Besides, the dress worked hard to be a favourite... it's a pretty printed cotton with pockets and button back closure and all the pleating and style lines of the dress make me feel... rather fabulous. And when I say fabulous, I always add finger snaps...

It's a great dress, my favourite I think. I never find anything when I'm go thrifting (I'm not convinced that's a word but I'm sticking with it).
Poop? Pah! You can't polish a turd but you look fabulous!
I love this dress, too. What a score. Thanks for pointing out the dog poo. What? You know you can easily retouch that out for free with Picassa3. Sometimes I do that with ugly wall outlets and stuff. But pointing it out is way funnier and groovier. :)

however i was hungover and we were having a conversation while squinting at each other and she possibly hand a wet face cloth on top of her head. wait where was i going with this? oh yeah so i forgot to say that... i think i just said "no... she's from hamilton or kingston... i can't remember." wow that was a great convo and therefore a great comment.

Love love love this dress. At least you didn't step in the poop because it totally reeks. I would know, because I've definitely stepped in poop unknowingly and walked around a store with the bottom of my shoe COVERED in it. It was a classy accessory.
