I have to give Matt credit. Eight years ago when he asked me out (and I said no at first because it was my last night with my bestie before college...) and three years ago when he said 'I Do', I don't think he ever committed to outfit posts. He was anticipating health and sickness and wealth and poverty but he wasn't counting on fashion blogging. That man has the patience of a saint...

'I know we're running late honey, but can we just stop at an abandoned building/a graffiti wall/a meadow along the way to take some outfit pictures?'
Or...
'What's up with my face in this picture? Please take some more?'

He's a project manager at a machine shop and he thinks his greatest creative moment was painting the tonneau cover to match the truck and yet, with a little help from some great light and a vine-covered fence, he takes some great pictures. I admit it, I love these pictures.
And I love the guy who took the pictures... xo

Hahahaha! I can so relate to this. Saturday is always 'Hon, can you take my pictures please' day. When it's nice outside, the harder I have to beg coz he'd rather be outside. He couldn't say no though or else he'd get the dreaded pout. His solution, bought a tripod and a remote. I've been independent since this weekend, haha... But he still has to take my outdoor shots, no escape there!

Love this outfit. My knees always go weak for flowers tucked behind one's ear! Lovely! =)

K - somehow I found your blog through a series of other blogs. No, I'm not a fashion blogger myself, but I LUVV original fashion, and you GOT IT.

Love the hair - it's seriously romantic!

And your hubby should quit his job and become a photographer.

When I saw the first pic, the first thought that came into my mind, how in the world does she manage to take pictures with such pretty background. and then when i went on read further, you had the spilled the beans. I totally agree that you have a great photographer and patience is something all husbands must learn to have.
