(I'm in my work clothes and I still do intense fashion blogger side glances...)
I describe my blog as 'a life between peeptoes and steeltoes'... yet, it seems to me, that I talk much more about the peeptoes than the steeltoes. If you are interested in learning a bit more about my secret life of landscaping, you should check out the feature that Cubicle Chic did about my work and work style (or lack thereof...). Click here to read about why you should be extra nice to me in the winter and why I over dress for Tupperware parties.

I had the chance to read the interview on Cubicle Chic. It was great learning more about you! I had no idea you were a landscaper. :)
I never knew that you are a landscaper and you're so beautiful in your photos in your Cubicle Chic blog.
Love this, and I have a similar problem being that I work with animals. People are constantly asking me why I'm so dressed up for such simple occasions, haha.
Did you get that hat at the Gap? I have the same one! I love it, but I haven't worn it yet. I've never been a hat person, but I look to you, someone who clearly loves hats, for hat-spiration (groan...I just went there).
Have I ever mentioned that I love that you're a landscaper? Such a pretty lady doing a job that calls to mind hefty men with their bums hanging out! Man, people must be surprised when they see you and your hotness!
I'm off to read the interview now!

alright, you just stop looking so awesome in your landscaping wear! that's basically what i wore yesterday, BECAUSE I WANTED TO!!!!!
I loved your interview! I work for a landscape supply and repair company, and I love seeing women come in. I think the guys at work would laugh at me too if they ever found out about my blog. I wore large hoop earrings to work one day and they were all the buzz lol.

Bravo for keepin' it real! Girls with dirty fingernails are hot, I always say...

This outfit makes me love you even more. I checked out the feature on Cublic Chic...loves it!
I'm a new but avid follower of your blog.
Do you do any landscaping at home? Would love to see a post about it!
Even in your work clothes you look fab.

i'm so glad we got to see this side of you! great interview. can we get our hopes up that we'll be seeing more? :)
loved your interview...you write so well !! glad to hear of someone else who 'overdresses' for no reason! no reason at all !! :)
What a great interview! It really provides a nice view into the side of life you mention, but before now had not let us fully in on.
As an unrelated sidebar, I went to get a Coke Zero today between classes and they were sold out, so I got a Diet Coke and dubbed it my "My Edit." homage for the day. :)
You look bad ass. just sayin'

Awesome interview! I really appreciate this post since I work as an engineer...at a power plant. So I totally agree that I wear clothes for FUNCTION at work, and get to play at home. Especially considering that I work with chemicals, sometimes I'm just asking to ruin things. Thanks for letting us in on the feature.
I don't really think there is such a thing as overdressing for Tupperware parties (you must have mistyped) but otherwise I look forward to the interview (stalker!)..
You look fantastic - I LOVE a bit of 'utilitarian chic'. The tartan and the hat absolutely make it.
I actually think that you stil look gorgeous! Landscaping sounds like a great job to me! I love being outside! Not so much in the winter, of course! :)
um...I LOVE this! And I believe you can be under dressed, but never over dressed (ok, maybe sometimes but at least you know you will always be stylin' while shopping for Tupperware!
i visited your blog today for the first time....and i'm hooked! you are so gorgeous and have such great style! your blog is now on my favorites list and will become a daily read for me!

it's really cool that you're in landscaping! I work in parks and recreation maintenance and have landscapers on my staff... but I sit at a desk and do the computer stuff ;)
I loved reading this interview -- I've often wondered what you wore to your landscaping job. I really like how you manage to juxtapose your two different interests of landscape/fashion into your sartorial choices.
I love seeing you in your everyday clothes. I've often wondered how you look during your work day, since you are so glamorous on your blog! The article was great too.
